In addition, the point totals for each team with the highest losing bid for each of the following categories shall be recorded: vacant 4- bedrooms, vacant 3-bedrooms, vacant 2-bedrooms, vacant one-bedrooms, 2 vacancies in a 3 or 4-bedroom apartment, and 3 vacancies in a 4-bedroom apartment. If for any reason there is no highest losing bid for a category, the lowest winning bid shall constitute the highest losing bid.
5. Under no circumstances shall "Fenwick or Northside roommates" have pull-in rights. Roommates must vacate their apartment at the end of the term for which the vacancy occurred.

8. Northside pull-ins: In contrast to remaining residents who had been part of a winning bidding team, pulled-in members at Northside have restricted squatter’s rights. If the final member of the bidding team vacates the apartment before the pulled-in member does, the pulled-in member may hold the apartment for following term with squatter’s rights only if:
==Late Vacancies:==
::(a) The pulled-in member has enough points to beat the Highest Losing Bid; or,
::(b) The pulled-in member pulls-in another member to beat the Highest Losing Bid.

5. The highest bidder, or bidding team, for each vacancy is assigned.

6. When a vacancy occurs, the remaining members shall have forty-eight hours, from the time notification is sent by house mail, in which to exercise their pull-in privileges.
