During the period between the last AdCom meeting of one term and the first meeting of that committee of the succeeding term, member complaints/grievances/appeals falling under sections I-XV of the AdCode or the BSC contract/lease may be resolved by consensus of a body composed of: one executive officer of the co-op, one staff manager and the member advocate. They may not exercise the powers granted under section XVII.C.
A. The AdHoc Committee shall consist of the Operations Manager, the Administrative Member Advisor, and the Administrative Committee Chair.
 
B Member appeals during the periods between the last Administrative Committee meeting of one term and the first meeting of the following term may be heard by the AdHoc Committee. Emergency, time sensitive cases between AdCom meetings may also be heard by the AdHoc Committee.
 
C. At any time between AdCom meetings the AdHoc Committee may grant payment arrangements or reinstate members according to policy.
 
D. All decisions made by the AdHoc Committee must be made by consensus. If the AdHoc Committee cannot reach a consensus on a case, it may be heard by the full Administrative Committee.
 
E. The AdHoc Committee may not exercise the powers granted under section XVII.C.
