A. ALTERATION/TERMINATION OF MEMBER POSITIONS <br/>
The Executive Director shall have the authority to hire persons for up to four weeks, at a wage no greater than the lowest BSC wage for a Regular Employee. Exceptions to this policy shall require the approval of Personnel & Operations Committee and the Board. These restrictions shall not apply to temporary replacements for employees on leaves of absence.


Before altering or terminating any member position, the Vice President of Internal Affairs shall give the member
currently holding that position at least 14 calendar days of written notice of the Human Resources Committee meeting at
which the position will be discussed.

A. ALTERATION/TERMINATION OF MEMBER POSITIONS
