1. The Conduct Committee shall be the Enforcement Committee for all cases involving residents, boarders, or guests.

2. The Personnel Appeals Committee shall be the Enforcement Committee for all cases involving professional staff.

3. The Unit Conduct Committee shall be the Enforcement Committee for all cases involving unit-level managers and/or a unit council.
