Section 11. Worker’s Compensation and Disability Insurance

A. Where an employee’s absence is covered by the Workers’ Compensation Act or State Disability plan, the employee may choose to be paid the difference between the disability payments and his/her normal wages, with the amount of that difference being charged to accumulated sick leave or vacation leave.
