IX: Semester Rates

A. The semesterly rate charges shall be established at the yearly budget meeting of the BSC Board of Directors.

B. The semesterly rates shall include such school days as are specified by the University of California Berkeley calendar. The Fall semester shall begin with the Friday before the first day of classes and end with the last day of final examinations, set to the best of the BSC’s ability. The Spring semester shall begin with the Friday before the first day of classes and end approximately one week after the last day of final examinations.

C. All members without reservations as of the first day of the semester shall be charged pro-rata from the date of entry.

D. All boarders shall be charged from the day they commence boarding.
