The VPET principal responsibilities are to evaluate and modify as necessary BSC education and trainings programs for members and unit-level managers, oversee conduct policies, and support a cooperative living and learning experience for BSC members. The VPET shall coordinate the Board or Membership designated General Membership Meeting. The VPET shall oversee the Board-initiated referenda processes .The VPET is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the Member Experience and Training Committee. The VPET also may be directed by Board to serve on additional task forces and committees. The VPET will educate the Board about issues pertaining to their area of work as needed throughout their term and their committee about recent organizational priorities addressed by their predecessor(s). In conjunction with the Board Administrative Assistant, the VPET shall supervise the ETCom Administrative Assistant.
