Brief Description of Proposal: Updating the ConCom description to reflect recent changes in policy, and the experiences of the committee. Stakeholders: ConCom Pertinent History: We created ConCom in Spring 2010. Since then we have modified other policies, redistributed responsibilities, etc, but didn’t update the ConCom description to reflect those modifications. Goals: Up date the ConCom description so it accurately reflects our current policies and intentions. Specific Changes: Modify the following sections of the ConCom descriptions
